Time-challenged

Time-challenged is the occurrence of too little time to fulfill requirements adequately. Philosophers have thought about a person’s “sense of time.” Immanuel Kant thought people can sense by inborn nature that time has gone by, while Henri Bergson felt one’s sense of time is based on experience. Physicists do not consider time to be a constant. For example, In 1968 Irwin Shapiro found radar signals to be delayed when near the Sun, an example of time rate change predicted by Einstein. Time management experts view being time-challenged as a “choices” problem. or a lack of self discipline. Other writers consider it to be the result of a busy schedule or heavy load of responsibilities, and think of “time-challenged” as a matter of increasing efficiency. Stonehenge may be an ancient clock or calendar, used to compare time occurrences such as length of days.
