Thinklab Group Limited is a Nigerian conglomerate headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria, with interests in sustainable projects, infrastructural development, energy, media, and the agro-allied sector.
History
The company was founded in 2017 by Dr. Sa’id Kori, an architecture and urban development, and has grown into a leading player in Nigeria's construction and development industry.
Initially established as a partnership of consultants, researchers, and industry professionals. The group expanded internationally, establishing a UK office and growing its presence across six other countries, including Australia, the UAE, Turkey, Ghana, South Africa, and Nigeria.
It offers a range of services, including sustainable project development, infrastructural development, design and development finance management, and Building Information Modelling (BIM).
Notable projects include a N3.6 billion landmark development in Abuja in collaboration with the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP) and managing housing portfolios across Nigeria. Thinklab's subsidiaries include Thinklab International Consultantancy, Thinklab Development, Thinklab Media, Thinklab Properties, Thinklab Agro-allied, Thinklab Energy, Thinklab Digital Technology and Thinklab Charity Foundation.
