'The Vapour Boys' is an upcoming drama film written by Finn Stewart and Josh Simons and directed by Josh Simons. Simons finished production on the film in April, 2008 . 'The Vapour Boys' is an original-story, independently produced Australian film. Plot outline The film is based upon the life of four boys, who take over an abandoned house and begin to make it their own. When their lives interweave with a squatter who has moved into the premises, his previous actions and history begin to reflect on the kids psyche, ultimately leading to their demise. Production The film was shot over 28 days in and around Prahran, . Filming culminated in the closure of one of Melbourne's busiest shopping districts, Greville St, to film the finale of the film. The shoot was coordinated with Victorian Police. |
