The Thieves are a Rock Trio from Oxford, England. They formed in 2002 but the origional line up wasnt complete until 2004.
Band history
One Eyed Poker
The band formed in 2002 with the lineup of Hal Strokes, Saluel SJ Strokes and Darby Todd. They soon produced their first album One Eyed Poker. They played a few shows around Oxford but drummer Darby Todd left.
Tales From The White Line
In 2005, the Thieves hit the studio once again to release their new album Tale From The White Line. The Album got high ratings and was an instant classic. They were then back on the road and touring around America.
Present and Future
Now The Thieves have produced a new album called Where The Bright Light Bloom. The band have gone on a break for a bit and are talking about a come back soon. Hal now works in the music department for Bebo, Sam is in a new band called Hot Leg with Justin Hawkins and Jamie has started Acting in films and plays.
