The Silver Tornado is an Amalgam Comics character who was first mentioned in passing in The Exciting X-Patrol #1. The Silver Tornado was a hero from the distant future encountered by Niles Cable and Raveniya, who was the servant and herald to Dr. Alternity, a spiritual entity similar to Dr. Strangefate. During the Secret Crisis of the Infinity Hour, The Silver Tornado helped to clear up the aftermath of the Crisis. The Silver Tornado is presumably an amalgamation of Silver Surfer from Marvel Comics and DC Comics' Red Tornado. |
