The Parker Pie Co. (commonly referred to as simply Parker Pie) is an award-winning restaurant located in West Glover, VT. The recipient of many awards and accolades, Parker Pie is famous for it's unique pizza and sandwich creations and it's extensive craft beer selection. Positioned unassumingly behind the Lake Parker Country Store near West Glover's rural Lake Parker, it ironically uses the tagline, "Where the Hell is West Glover" on some of it's promotional materials. In 2013, Parker Pie opened a second location at the called Parker Pie Wings (commonly referred to as Wings) Yankee Magazine featured Parker Pie's pizza in it's Jan/Feb 2013 issue Food Network Magazine named Parker Pie's pizza best in Vermont in it's September 2011 feature of the best pizza in each state. Every Day with Rachael Ray featured the Bayley, Bartlett and Bacon Sandwich as one of four grilled-cheese sandwiches in the Eat + Run section. See Also
