The Miracles Report was released by Miracles Australia Inc, a National Health Promoting Charity with tax exemption status in Australia. Developed using bullying case studies, research and hearings in Australia and Internationally, the report, primarily in the infancy stage of circulation (released March 2013),is intended to provide government and non government organisations with strategies to reduce liability in relation to psychological injury in the workplace.
Considered to be controversial due to the open reference to the role Senior Executives and HR Professionals will play in future criminal prosecutions if they continue to ignore identified systemic issues associated with incident management, the report offers a myriad of evidence based material to support the statements and provides recommendations that have been identified, through the learnings, as effective in reducing psychological injury and alleviating the burden of cost associated with inappropriate incident management procedures.
