The Inverted World is a website , maintained by Ian Jobling, dedicated to disapproving the "the whites as a cancer myth". The website also advocates for a white majority in west.
Why the website was started The website was started because Ian Jobling believed the existing publications that promoted white racial interests were not effective and because nearly all of them were accommodating to the radical anti-Semitism that pervades the American racial right.
Ian Jobling was one of the attendee in 2004 and 2006 American Renaissance conference. Near the end of the 2006 conference, one of the speakers, Guillaume Faye, said that Israel might soon get wiped off the map. He viewed the prospect of Israel’s destruction as one sign of Western cultural collapse, but the audience took it the other way and there was thunderous round of applause coming from at least half of the audience. At the end of the talk, David Duke got up during the question and answers period and spun out a long-winded anti-Semitic speech. Michael Hart, a Jewish American Renaissance subscriber, got up and yelled at Duke, "You’re a fucking Nazi, and you’re a disgrace to this conference! ". Then he walked out.. After this, Ian Jobling along with some other American Renaissance subscribers joined an email group to discuss what happened at the conference and what their reaction should be. Many of the people on the list argued that the fiasco was a result of Jared Taylor’s, the founder of American Renaissance magazine, tacit toleration of radical anti-Semitism. The group drafted a letter urging Taylor to write an article in the pages of American Renaissance that condemned the audience at the conference for applauding the destruction of Israel and rejected the beliefs of Duke and his followers. They also asked him to stop inviting anti-Semites to speak at American Renaissance conferences.
In April, Jared Taylor published an article called "Jews and American Renaissance" on what had happened at the conference. Although he criticized some of the attendees for treating Jews at the conference rudely, Taylor said nothing about the audience’s behavior during Faye’s talk. While he called David Duke’s remarks inappropriate for the conference, but called him a man of "strong views". But, Taylor also publicly insulted those who had written and signed the letter.
The above incident completely shattered Ian Jobling’s faith in American Renaissance and in Jared Taylor’s ability to build a viable race realist community in America.

Uniqueness of the Western Culture Ian Jobling believes that science, capitalism, democracy, and the idea of human rights are the gifts of the white race to this world. He believes the rule of law, individualism, pluralism, and tolerance, which characterizes the Western political tradition are rooted in the genes of whites.According to him, it is the whites’ capacity for humility, their orientation towards truth, their capacity for critical thinking is responsible for their success.
Zero Tolerance Policy towards Anti-Semitism The website maintains a zero tolerance policy towards anti-Semitism and hateful calls to do harm to other races. Though, it publishes articles " critical of Jewish influence on white societies provided it is intellectually defensible."
