Background The inSpectres are a Melbourne-based team of investigators who specialize in the unknown and unusual. Officially formed in 2003, The inSpectres roots reach back to the mid 80s where founders, Jason Crowe and Mark Hawthorne, conducted investigations that ranged from pesky neighbourhood poltergeists to stories of rouge panthers roaming the outer suburbs of Melbourne.
