The Independent Scrutineer

The Independent Scrutineer is an EP by British musician Pagan Wanderer Lu (real name Andy Regan). It was released on Brainlove Records in November 2006 and was their first commercially distributed CD.
Four of its six tracks are new recordings of songs from previous self-released EPs and albums. The two new songs were 'Repetition 1' & 'Repetition 2'.
'Our New Hospital Sucks' and 'Knight -> King 4' appeared on the 'Jazzy Jungle Memorial Hall' EP (2004).
'The Memorial Hall' appeared on (2005).
Track 5 is represented on the sleeve by a horizontal line in the unnumbered tracklisting. MP3 releases of this song label it as '----' though the discography on PWL's own website simply lists it as a blank space. The same song appeared previously, similarly titled, on the 'Siop Enoc Hughes' EP (2005).
The sleeve of the record claims it is "the tenth EP by Pagan Wanderer Lu" - though it could also be considered either the 13th or the 11th depending on whether compilations and cover version EPs are counted.
