The Crazicans

The Crazicans are a Random Comedy (sketch comedy) group created by Eric Lagasse on November 17, 2004. Assisted by Chris Desjarlais, Jayden Schlenvogt, and later, Nick Desjarlais. The group started off with The Crazicans - The Random Comedy Series that debuted its first episode on YouTube July 14, 2007. The series focuses on Sketch Comedy with random teenage humor of the new generation. Some of the most popular Crazicans scenes include; Hey Billy, Shampoo, and The Quest. The series became the number one comedy group in North Dakota on YouTube July 2009.
The series also features "other" characters The Crazicans play out. Including the Old Man, a sinister old man that loves Power Rangers and at the same time dislikes Life Alert played by Eric Lagasse.
Another main role would be in the series popular sketch, Hey Billy. Where Eric Lagasse plays the role of a man preparing a meal for Billy, played by Jayden Schlenvogt, and asks him what he would want on his meal. But Billy seems to always want Tartar Sauce with no intent to want something different. Billy is then in for a big surprise.
The Crazicans also focus on a plot sketch for the series known as The Quest. The scene revolves around the heroes, "The Fury (Furry) One", played by Jayden Schlenvogt, and Chrissy, played by Chris Desjarlais, where they're set out on a devious mission by "Master", played by Eric Lagasse of their headquarters, "The Organization" to stop evil from taking their fame. From episodes after Episode III, the plot of The Quest focuses on the heroes defending against "The Twinkie Organization", ruled over by the Old Man, who inconsistantly plots against a great intention he's been desiring for a long time. Additional characters are played for the roles of "evil" in The Quest. Which includes Jaylen Schlenvogt (Stanley/Side Minion), Lane Page (Minion), Coy Page (Minion), and Nick Desjarlais (Minion/Other). The Quest is featured in all The Crazicans episodes. Starting on The Crazicans Episode V, The Quest is featured in Parts Two and Four of every episode after.
Many more characters are played by The Crazicans in their series as the series progresses.

History of The Crazicans
The Crazicans started off at a slow start from 2004-2007 without any interlude of what they were planning. In July of 2007, Eric Lagasse, Chris Desjarlais, and Jayden Schlenvogt created an idea of making something for their group. That's when they formed their "Random Comedy Series". With only one week until production, planning for the team would be difficult, for there was short amount of time and very little ideas. The Crazicans Episode I (Series Premiere) was filmed July 11-12, 2007. With the success of filming, it was fully released on YouTube. Episode I featured many sketches that still create a name in newer Crazicans episodes. In September of 2007, The Crazicans removed their YouTube profile due to lack of views and switched their aspects towards MySpace videos. Later that month, the group brought back their title with The Crazicans Episode II with more time of planning and creating new ideas to attract an audience’s attention. Episode II featured the first appearance of the Old Man played by Eric Lagasse, who is featured in a little role in Episode III, and becomes the main antagonist for "The Quest" in Seasons 2 & 3. In November of 2007, the last episode of Season 1 was brought forth, The Crazicans Episode III. Featuring many more sketches many that are short and random. Episode III was the first to extend the plot of "The Quest" into the next episode. This episode also featured The Crazicans warning screen shown at the beginning of the episode. In January 2008, The Crazicans started Season 2 off with Episode IV. A very cold month, The Crazicans managed to film with the difficulty of only four participants. Then in March of 2008, The Crazicans brought back a new YouTube channel to bring back the series not only on MySpace but on YouTube as well, which currently is their successor to this day. In July of 2008, The Crazicans brought back the series with Episode V, supposed to be released back in March of the year, it gave the group some time to create and extend their ideas even further. Episode V featured new quality than the previous episodes including the new "Static Transition". Which helps make the cut of a scene more easily seen. The Crazicans then brought The Crazicans Episode VI in October 2008, which was the last episode of Season 2. The episode was ranked best in quality out of both seasons and was the highest viewed episode from January-May 2009. Then in June of 2009, The Crazicans debuted their next greatest episode, The Crazicans Episode VII to take on the beginning role of Season 3. The episode made its first Crazicans hit reaching 1,000 views in its first week. The episode featured new quality and the change of pretty much everything since the past Crazicans episodes. The Crazicans hope to release Episode VIII by Fall of 2009 bringing up the same standards as Episode VII.
