The Altruism Society

The Altruism Society (The Altruism Society International or TASI) is a global Philanthropic and Charity Services Organizations founded by James B. Abrams. The Altruism Society is ambitious by the welfares and passions of the Abrams family, The Holy Bible, and the teachings of Christ such as in Hebrews 13:16 that states “Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God”, and Proverbs 31:8-9 that states “Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously; defend the rights of the poor and needy"”.
The Altruism Society, based in Beachwood, Ohio, and Alexandria, VA is a non-profit organization that works with more than 500 local Altruism Society offices nationally and internationally. "The Altruism Society is dedicated to charitable services, namely, promoting public awareness of health and wellness, education, hunger, poverty, shelters, infectious diseases, agricultural development, emergency response, family planning, financial services for the poor, global libraries, nutrition, vaccine delivery, water, sanitation and hygiene; developing and coordinating volunteer projects for charitable organizations; organizing and conducting charity auctions for charitable fundraising purposes; charitable services, namely, organizing and developing projects that aim to improve the lives of underprivileged and impoverished people; charitable services, namely, organizing and conducting volunteer programs and community service projects, research and development, eliminating absolute poverty or destitution that deprives the basic human needs, which commonly includes food, water, sanitation, clothing, shelter, health care, education, humanitarian aid, and disaster relief world-wide, as a matter of morality and deed".
″The Altruism Society improves lives by empowering communities world-wide through love and compassion whilst, giving priority to the people in making their lives better as a long term solution.<ref name="Student's Life Application Bible"/> The Altruism Society is committed to recognizing and resolving pressing community subjects of concern, in addition to making quantifiable modifications within communities through cooperation with businesses, community improvement corporations, educational institutions, financial institutions, government organizations, labor unions, voluntary and neighborhood groups, and etcetera. The subjects of concern that The Altruism Society offices spotlight on are determined locally due to the multiplicity of the communities served. However, the organizations primary center of attention pertains to eliminating absolute poverty or destitution that deprives the basic human needs, which commonly includes food, water, sanitation, clothing, shelter, health care, education, humanitarian aid, and disaster relief world-wide, as a matter of morality and deed.
