The Thuringian Agency For Skilled Personnel Marketing or Thüringer Agentur für Fachkräftegewinnung (ThAFF) is a project from the Landesentwicklungsgesellschaft Thüringen mbH (LEG) (Thuringian Development Agency mbH) located in Thuringia's capital: Erfurt. It was created at April the 1rst 2011 by the Thuringian Ministry of Economy, Work and Technology (https://wirtschaft.thueringen.de/). ThAFF's main goal is to attract, settle and retain skilled workers and their families for the Free State of Thuringia in Germany. To this end, the ThAFF conducts marketing stragegies and builds and mantains network with regional and national relevant labor market actors and institutions . The ThAFF is supported by the Free State of Thuringia and the European Social Fund.
