Telephone hypnosis

Telephone hypnosis is a form of remote suggestion that is based on the principles of hypnosis. Telephone hyponosis allows for remote treatment of a patient for mental problems with the patient not even needing to have met the hyponsis doctor in person. Telephone hypnosis is possible without the patient knowing that it is taking place. One such technique was developed by the telephone hypnosis pioneer Olof Jonsson in the 1970s.Because telephone hypnosis is sometime undetectable by the patient, one way to detect it is to record your phone calls by using a suction microphone.
Telephone hypnosis can be achieve by conventional hypnosis techniques or through the insertion of subliminal messaging during blank periods of the telephone call at substantially lower volumes than the conversation. In addition the end of the telephone call is typically used when subliminal messaging technique is used because it is easy to cut the the tape near the end of the call to pretend like it never happened.
Hypnotists have observed that traumatic conditions such as premature labor during pregnancy, cause a person to enter into a catatonic or trace state, and when talking to this type of patient over the phone it is possible to help them using hypnotic suggestion, a form of telephone hypnosis.
