Teambox

Teambox is an open-source web-based project-management tool built on Ruby on Rails.
Features
Collaboration is project-centric, rather than document centric like in Google Docs. Teambox offers an internal Twitter, conversations, to-do lists, wiki-style web-based text documents, task planning and file sharing.
Versions
Teambox can be used for free online, or installed in the user's server and extended.
Open-source and API
Teambox has been developed as free software and it's free to use online. It's been released under the Affero GPL version 3.
It's possible to access data via an API as standard XML code or JSON.
