Talk:Aaron Tobey Richmond Airport 4th Amendment Naked Protest

This article is about a notable event. It is no longer a Biography of Living Person as has been questioned as a deletion candidate
Previously, as a Biography of Living Person, this article was questioned as a deletion candidate on the grounds that the subject was known only for one act, and is not now known to be a likely candidate for further instances of notability.
As the initiating author agreed with the questioning editor's point of view, concurring that "Aaron Tobey" was not yet a certain suitable subject for a article under title of his name as an individual, the article was renamed and moved to "Aaron Tobey Richmond Airport 4th Amendment Naked Protest" so its notable content describes a nationally (and possibly internationally) significant event rather than being a BLP. Certainly the protester's name is being widely listed outside .

Hello, I'm just posting this article, and still adding material, there will be multiple national news source citations, for the first time in my case.
: No, it has never been marked for speedy deletion nor contested. It is my ignorance in posting a holdon notice myself, as a means of letting readers know that this article is still being expanded. I will now remove that hold on after posting more material and the second and further citations.

Reasons why this article is valid and should not be speedily deleted or otherwise deleted
* Notability of the airport event is established by national media attention, some of which wil be cited in the article
* Notability of the subject in the context of the airport event is particularly striking because the subject's Generation Y demographic has rarely produced political protest of this nature or US constitutional seriousness.
* The topic of the protest regards the US constitution's principles, particularly the Fourth Amendment
* News journalist, as will be included in the article, have noted that Aaron Tobey's actions are the culmination of a phenomena which has involved several others around the US during the past year
Information plan in articles
* Court case Tobey v. Napolitano may have a separate article
* The Richmond, Virginia airport event now seems best treated as a section within the article Aaron Tobey
* intra- links and other mentions of Aaron Tobey, the Richmond airport event, and the court case will appear in other relevant articles, starting naturally with Strip search where a short single paragraph synopsis of all 3 appears in that article's section on legal actions.
