Takaful Charity Foundation

Takaful Charity Foundation is a registered charity in Saudi Arabia that specializes in supporting disadvantaged students. By doing so, the organization helps students to pursue their studies in Saudi public schools. Takaful was established in 2010 by a royal decree, and is annually funded with over 500 million Saudi Riyals (approximately US$130M, as of 2019). Moreover, the organization is open to receive donations from the public.<ref name"auto2"/> The Secretary-General of Takaful is Mohammed Al-Aqeeli.<ref name"auto"/> To date, Takaful has provided assistance to 180,000 students in 20,000 schools across Saudi Arabia.<ref name="auto1"/>
Takaful Electronic System
Takaful electronic system is a digital system allocated to nominate and register needy students. The system is also responsible for arranging the assistance allocation and transferring them to the student's bank accounts.<ref name="auto"/>
