Swati Bathwal

Swati Bathwal is a Dietitian, Nutritionist, Anthropometrist and author. Swati is an ambassador of Fit India Movement, one of India's biggest fitness movement organized by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
Early life and career
Swati Bathwal was born in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Her father Dr. Nirmal Kumar Bathwal was a scientist and mother Neera Bathwal is a lawyer. She completed her education in India and later she moved to Australia for higher education and pursue public health, nutrition and diabetes educator course.
Swati Bathwal studied public health in Sydney and received a scholarship after scoring 96 in Biochemistry. For further study in nutrition, she picked Griffith University in 2006. In 2008, she was subjected to racial discrimination and forced to leave the program. After graduating from Mayfield College, Melbourne she has worked at Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute, the largest heart and diabetes institute in the southern hemisphere and also worked with endocrinologist Dr David Carey.
Swati is a member of the NESCO Exhibitions Advisory Board. She is the guest panelist of 9 Months Season 5, a program by Firstpost.
Bathwal was one of the jury members for HealthCare Heroes Awards 2020.
Swati is the author of school textbooks for CBSE, approved by NCERT from Grade 6 to Grade 12. She also has an audio book, Podcast - Diet X. She is an author at Turn slow, a venture by Neelesh Misra.
