Susan Emma Mills

Susan Emma Mills (born 7 February 1958) is an English businesswoman who is the driving force behind The Cherubs Group and CEMUK.
Career
Mills is the co-founder and managing director of CEMUK and The Cherubs Group, a Nottinghamshire based Childcare and Early Learning company. The group includes, Cherubs Day Nurseries ltd, Childcare East Midlands LLP, Longdale Nursery Schools, Busy Bee's, Glosscalm Properties ltd, Childcare Training Services Ltd and Step Ahead Kids Club's, along with a number of other smaller subsidiaries. The Cherubs Group is currently the largest privately owned chain of day care centres in the United Kingdom and has 400+ employees.
Mills and her family also own the Jersey-registered Glosscalm Group, a commercial property company.
Philanthropy
The Cherubs Group, a holding company owned by Mills, support's a number of charities based in Nottinghamshire and the United Kingdom. The companies most recent beneficiaries include Rainbows Children's Hospice Loughborough, Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and the Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.
The group is also a joint sponsor of the 'Gloworm Festival', along with Ingvar Kamprad's company, IKEA and East Midlands Airport.
Personal life
In 2009 Mills and partner Robert Everist,bought Lound Hall in Bothamsall, a stately home in the North Nottinghamshire country side. And in 2010, started a restoration project on the 16,000 square foot mansion.
Mills has 3 sons, from her second marriage, Charles Mills, Jonathan Mills and Harry Mills.
Taking into account company shares, along with personal assets and wealth, Mills has an estimated net worth of £39 million, up from £31 million in 2015.
