Sudeepto Salam is an experienced content creator and multimedia journalist with a strong background in photojournalism; expert in writing, pitching stories, interviewing sources, and working under deadlines. Excel at shooting, producing, drone flying, editing and, researching; highly organized and able to work across platforms. He was born in Dhaka (1987). Now he is working as a Content Creator at Daily Prothom Alo. He aspires to be a writer besides photography and multimedia journalism. Now he is writing both fiction and non-fiction. He co-founded Photoffee Academy of Fine-art Photography in 2011 and Mahmuda-Hannan Memorial Library in 2021. Early life and education Salam was born in Dhaka in 1987 to Mohd Delwar Hossain and Monowara Hossain. He was a student of . He passed SSC exam from in 2002 and HSC exam from in National Bank Public School and College in 2004. He graduated from Jagannath University. Career Sudeepto Salam began his career by joining Shaptahik 2000 as a photojournalist in 2007. In 2014, he joined Prothom Alo, the highest circulated newspaper in Bangladesh. His works published in several national and international media including The Daily Star, Daily Samakal, The Daily Telegraph, Deutsche Welle, Reader's Digest, Third Pole and IRIN. He also worked for Pran-RFL Group as product photographer. He has been working with Grameen Phone as a video-story producer. Personal life Sudeepto Salam has been happily married for more than 14 years with Tania Akter. Together they have two children. A son and a daughter.
