Sudden Sniffing Death Syndrome also widely known as SSDS, is an experimental punk band which was formed in 2002 in Reseda, California. History While going to Birmingham High School in early 2002, Keyboardist Michael Sherer and guitarist Aaron Eiernman had very different musical tastes than your average high schooler. They decided to form a band that no one else had ever done before. They wanted to play strange music with a comedic twist to the sound. And at the same time they wanted to shock the crowd with their strange appearance, and stage presence. With this in mind, the two musicians formed SSDS.
