StreamingFlix was started in 2009 and is headquartered in Newport Beach, CA. StreamingFlix offers over 10,000 titles on DVD from a wide variety of genres ranging from action to foreign.
Services
StreamingFlix is a subscription service that allows subscribers to stream TV episodes and movies over the Internet. Consumers may also buy DVD/Blu-Ray titles online, which are then sent via mail or streamed instantly to their PC/laptop.
Internet Streaming
StreamingFlix allows its subscribers to create an ordered list, called a queue, of movies to rent. The subscriber can rent one movie at a time, and although there is a queue available, the subscriber must manually rent each movie. StreamingFlix offers a Premium Member plan of $9.99/month, and each movie rental typically runs anywhere from 2.99-3.99/each.
As of now, StreamingFlix’s Internet Streaming feature offers a wide variety of platforms ranging from video game consoles to laptops. For computer specifications or any other technical questions, please refer to the Device Support section.
Purchase DVD/Blu-Ray Online
StreamingFlix allows its customers to purchase DVD/Blu-Ray movies and TV shows online, and has it sent via mail or streamed instantly to a compatible device. If the subscriber chooses to have their selection sent via mail, it is delivered via the United States Postal Service.
If the subscriber chooses to have it streamed instantly to a compatible device, it follows similar protocol to the rental side of Internet Streaming. The movies typically cost $9.95-$19.95. For computer specifications or any other technical questions, please refer to the Device Support Section.
Premium Channels
Subscribers to StreamingFlix are allowed unlimited access to three premium channels:
National Lampoon - dedicated to humorous news, satire, comedy videos, funny clips, and etc.
NoGoodTV - produces uncensored celebrity news and entertainment programming.
