Steve Nary is a former U. S. Navy sailor, who was illegally convicted for the second-degree homicide of Juan Pifarre in San Francisco, California, USA. According to his certified San Francisco County death certificate Juan Pifarre/Juan Jorge Pifarre, an illegal alien from Argentina was a "financial Analyst." Martin Rios, Pifarre's former accountant also filed certified documentation in Juan Pifarre's probate case in San Francisco County probate court; the judge was Isabella Horton Grant, a former OSS employee in World War II.
Martin Rios also filed irrefutable information regarding Pifarre's illegal alien status and bogus marriage to Sharon Gold Martinas with the San Francisco Probate court. According to Rios filing with the probate court,Pifarre concocted this sham marriage to avoid deportation back to Argentina, where he was always a citizen.
Pifarre should have been deported back to Argentina, because he came to the US as a student around 1967-1968. Once here in the US, he involved himself in illegal political activity. Among his most egregious political activities was involving himself in the defense of "Los Siete", the "Seven" San Francisco thugs who brutally murdered San Francisco Police Inspector Brodnik in May 1968. Los Siete's defense lawyer was Charles Garry, an Armenian ethnic, who was also the lawyer for the notorious Black Panther Party.
Among the morons in the media's concealments concerned Pifarre's illegal alien status. The local media morons also misled the public by portraying Juan Jorge Pifarre as "a locally well-known San Franciscan publisher and political activist" who was 53 years old. These media morons also concealed the facts about the discovery of Pifarre's body.
The irrefutable facts are: after the downstairs neighbors and sailor Nary called the San Francisco polce, Pifarre was found dead in his apartment in a remote and hilly area of San Francisco, a few days after [March 23, 1996.
Initially, Pifarre's downstairs neighbors didn't call the police because Pifarre had often brought young males home to the upstairs apartment; there were often shouts and noise of fighting. Pifarre was into S&M sexual practices. Pifarre's downstair's neighbors thought that the noise and fighting upstairs in Pifarre's apartment on the night of March 23, 1996, was just another example of Pifarre's violent lifestyle, which the downstairs neighbors had experienced on previous occasions.
Sailor Nary called the police because he was concerned about Pifarre's condition after the defense to rape fight between the two. Earlier in the evening of March 23, 1996, at a gay party in San Francisco's Castro District, Juan Pifarre informed his fellow partiers that "he was going out to look for a young white boy." Pifarre had often done this.
In the late nineteen eighties, Pifarre had gone to the Palladium, where he sexually assaulted an 18 year old youth by grabbing him in his testicles. The boy fought back. Pifarre was arrested by San Francisco police. Apparently, through his corrupt political connections, Pifarre had the sexual assault record suppressed.
Pifarre stalked the drunken Steven Nary, who was waiting for a girl friend, who never showed up. Pifarre was a drug addict, who had a cocaine habit. While the drunken young sailor left his drink on the table, when he went to the toliet, Pifarre is creditably suspected of slipping a date rape drug into Steven Nary's drink. According to Pifarre's critics and enemies, he had done this before.
According to Pifarre's former lawyer, who happened to live downstairs from Pifarre, when he lived in San Francisco's Castro District, Pifarre had also lured other young white military enlistees to his apartment, where he tried to engage them in S & M sexual practices. Witnesses in both of Pifarre's flats in the Castro and on Potrero Hill disclosed that he often would bring young men home, and that there was noise of a fight that came from his apartment.
On March 23, 1996, Pifarre had met the drunken 18-year-old sailor earlier in the evening at a local youth coed dance club, the Paladium. Because the drunken sailor had missed the last commuter train back 15 miles to his base, the Alameda Naval Air Station, Pifarre offered to drive Navy back the fifteen miles back across San Francisco Bay to the Navy base. The unwiting and inexperienced youth accepted Pifarre's offer; they left together in Pifarre's car, supposedly to be driven back across the San Francisco Bay Bridge to Alameda US Navy Air station in Alameda County California. Instead, Pifarre tricked the naive unsuspecting and inexperienced youth by doing a detour that turned out to be deadly and Pifarre 's last deception. Nary, 18 years old at the time and on liberty for the evening from the locally docked , claims that Pifarre after seducing him to perform an oral sex act(on the eighteen year old) him when he fell asleep,Pifarre tried to anally rape him. Nary defended himself against unwanted and unsolicted anal rape.
Pifarre tried to forcibly rape the drunken sailor--Nary's ethnicity is Native American Indian, Irish and Dutch--Pifarre was struck hard in the head during their fight but continued tried to forcibly rape Nary. The fight continued into the bathroom, where Pifarre broke a shower rod, which he used to break Nary's hand.
Nary tried to choke the cocained Pifarre, who also had a heart condition. Pifarre was alive when Nary left the scene. Given Pifarre's predatory homosexual habits, there was no investigation to determine if someone else entered Pifarre's apartment to finish the predator off.
When the eighteen year old traumatized sailor returned to the Alameda Naval Air Station, he sought medical care for his broken hand. He lied to the doctor as to how his hand was broken. Given the traumatic and violent rape, his lie was understandable. Peter was working on a suspected insurance case involving low income retired senior citizens, who were insured in a hotel by the owner of the hotel. The owner took out insurance on these senior citizens; she was also the beneficiary when they died mysteriously. Because Captain Larry R.Baucom*, the captain of the USS Carl Vinson was absent from his post--never explained--Susan Kazmer, an apparent incompetent and corrupt Navy Investigative Service officer ordered sailor Nary to be locked up in the Vinson's brig with an armed US Marine Guard posted.
Kazmer illegally conducted an interogation of Nary with San Francisco Police officials, who had come over into Alameda County from San Francisco County onto a federal military base. Because Kazmer was his superior officer, he was intimidated into answering all of her questions--this interogation violating US v Lee M. J. :" In such circumstances, either a civilian or JAG lawyer has to be present to protect the due process rights of the accused subordinate. The nature of the military hierarchy is such that a subordinate is compeled/ intimidated into answering the questions and commands of a superior officer...."
