Stephen James Walker

Stephen James Walker is a writer and editor most associated with his work relating to the BBC Television series Doctor Who, usually with co-editors David J. Howe and/or Mark Stammers. He is currently co-owner and co-editor of Telos Publishing Ltd., with David J. Howe.
Works
Stephen was the editor of the reference work Doctor Who - An Adventure in Space and Time for most of its run, and was also responsible for its 'sister' publication, The Data-File Project.
With David J. Howe and Mark Stammers, he created and edited the multiple award-winning fanzine The Frame and wrote a number of acclaimed Doctor Who reference books for Virgin Publishing, including the Decades and the Handbook series.
He contributed background information chapters to Titan Books' Doctor Who script book series, and co-wrote, with Andrew Pixley, one of Marvel UK's Doctor Who Yearbook titles.
He was the initiator and, for the first two volumes, co-editor of the Virgin Decalog books - the first ever Doctor Who short story anthology range. He has also contributed numerous articles to Doctor Who Magazine and other genre titles and fanzines.
In 2007, Walker wrote Inside the Hub, the first guidebook to the television series Torchwood.
He also criticised The Trial of a Time Lord in 'The Television Companion'.
