Stephen Horne

Stephen Horne (born Nairobi, 1948) is an artist and writer.
Horne's writing has been published in catalogues and in periodicals such as Third Text, Parachute, Artpress, Flash Art, Canadian Art, C Magazine and Fuse<ref name="ImInsc" />, as well as in anthologies in English, French and German. He edited Fiction, or other accounts of Photography, an anthology published by Dazibao in Montreal. Abandon Building: Selected Writings on Art was published in 2007 by Press Eleven.
Horne was Associate Professor in the Media Arts Division and MFA Program at <ref name="ImInsc" />, Halifax NS from 1979-2006, and taught a Seminar on art criticism in the MFA Programme at Concordia University (Montreal), Montreal during the nineties.
He currently lives in France and Montreal.
