Stephen A. Parke

Stephen A. Parke (born 1960, Indiana) is a semiconductor device researcher and professor of electrical engineering at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, ID. He received an AA degree from Olivet Nazarene University in 1980, the BS and MS degrees from Purdue University in 1982 and 1984, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from University of California, Berkeley in 1993. From 1984-96, he was a semiconductor R&D engineer with IBM Microelectronics. He has published over 40 papers and holds over 10 patents. He is the co-inventor of the Dynamic Threshold (DTMOS) and Flexible Threshold (FlexFET) transistors. He serves on the Executive Committee of the IEEE Electron Devices Society.
