St. Lawrence Carbonization Plant

The St. Lawrence Carbonization Plant is located in the burough of St. Lawrence, Pennsylvania. It is currently abandoned. Many offices and parts of the factory can be seen throughout the buildings.
The Five Buildings There are five main parts of the factory. The Loading Bay, Industrial Main Floor, Office Branch, Garage area, and the second Loading Bay.
Loading Bay The Loading Bay has two main doors for large vehicles, and one regular sized door. This is the area where the Carbonization plant workers loaded their products to be shipped to their next destination.
Industrial Main Floor The Industrial Main Floor features three main generators, and one large boiler. There is a supervisor's office on a canopy floor above the workers area, where carpeted floor and an empty desk can be found. There is metal shards and what seem to be screws strewn across the floor.
Office Branch This is where the factory gets interesting. This area is bright, due to the amount of windows in the surrounding walls. There are awards dated back to 1987 hanging on what modern explorers assume to be an executive's office. BDP Supervisor and other instructional books are in shelves, and outdated office technology is scattered throughout this floor.
Garage Area This is the most dismal part of the factory. There are no windows here, and we advise you not to enter this area during or close to nightfall. Doorways can be found here, but they are so black it is hard to see in. It resembles a coal mine from the 1930's.
Second Loading Bay This is the last known area of the St. Lawrence Carbonization Factory. It is one of the smaller parts of the Plant, roughly 8-10 feet across. It is on the lowest explored floor. Not much is found here.
The Unknown There are many parts of the factory that have yet to be explored, and what lies within is still a mystery. If one decides to explore this exciting and yet erie place, enter with caution. There is still much to be discovered, and a map has yet to chart this factory. More will be discovered every week.
