SmokeLong Quarterly is a quarterly online literary magazine which publishes flash fiction and interviews with its authors. Its first issue was published on September 15, 2003. Over the course of its first twenty-four issues, SmokeLong has published 343 authors Since 2007, SmokeLong has also provided the Kathy Fish Fellowship, an annual award of $500.00 to one writer previously unpublished in the magazine. Winners to date were Beth Thomas (2007), Stefanie Freele (2008), and Tara Laskowski (2009).
