Sergio Rumantir

Valentinus Sergio Rumantir (born February 9, 1992), is an Indonesian Canadian musician and YouTube video producer living in Vancouver. He performs a mix of original songs and covers of pop hits. Rumantir released his first album, Moments, in June 2009. His second album, entitled Project Happiness, is to be released in the mid 2011. Sergio is a nephew of Maya Rumantir.
Career
In 2009, Sergio participated in SASS’s (School Alliance of Student Songwriters) Songwriting contest, performing one of his first originals Step Not Taken. Throughout the next year, Sergio performed in numerous shows and events, most notably the Water's Edge Festival, in which is a big festival hosted in the hype of the . His most successful original "Missing You", was performed numerous of times, including the 2010 SASS's Songwriting competition, where he placed 5th.
Sergio often showcases his songs in online videos with fellow companions, most notably his sister Sashi Rumantir, and his good friend Aprilando Suryokusumo.
