Scribble People

Scribble People is a webcomic written and drawn by Shaylin Corbett with help from her husband. It was launched on February 20th 2010. The comic is a side project for the two.
The story revolves around Simon and Oliver, Simon is someone who is sort of hard to get along with, he has high expectations. Oliver on the other hand could make friends with a war lord.
Background
In August 2005 Shaylin drew a creature as a joke, it was behind her couch. It turned looked nothing like modern day Scribble People but its how the idea was born.
Publication
As of this time the comic is only update twice a week and will continue to do so for a while
Style
The art is penciled first and then erased and a pen traces over the lines that were made. If they look right after all that, they are copied into a computer via a scanner and words are added. Some touch ups get done from there but after that its basically going online
Synopsis
Setting
Scribble People is set in modern times, the location is unknown (city, state), it may not even be a real place. The characters are somewhat human, but a scribbled version, there are cats, dogs, trees, cars, everything that a real person may see, but everything is scribbled
Characters
* Oliver is fun loving and somewhat of a mystery as of this point, he may or may not be rich. He is easy to get along with, he is easy going. Nothing bothers him, except the mailman
* Simon is pretty angry, he isn't evil but has a general bad attitude it seems. He has a slim amount of friends but the ones he has, he likes a lot. His cat is likely his best friend
