ScienceSoft Inc. is an IT services company founded in 1989 and headquartered in Minsk, Belarus. Since January 2010 it operates an EU subsidiary in Helsinki, Finland. The company employs around 250 people. ScienceSoft is ISO 9001:2000 certified and has the status of a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and the status of an IBM Core Supplier for technical services for Russia and Belarus. History ScienceSoft Inc. was founded in 1989 and within 2 years its client base reached 200 customers. In June 1991 the company got its first Fortune 500 client, Eastman Kodak. Later on that year ScienceSoft opened an office in New York and became a partner of Invention Machine Corporation for development of artificial intelligence and semantic processing solutions. In 2003 ScienceSoft introduced total outsourcing services and used an offshore software development model with some customers. In 2005 ScienceSoft became an ISO 9001:2000 certified software development company. A year later it joined Belarus High Technologies Park and the National Outsourcing Association in the UK. ScienceSoft acquired the status of an Oracle Partner in 2006 and a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in 2008. It received the awards “The Enterprise of the Year 2007 in Minsk”, "The Exporter of the Year 2008” and "The Exporter of the Year 2009”.
