The Scarlett Keeling case involves the murder and rape of a a 15-year-old British girl, named Scarlett Keeling in Goa, Southern India.Samsung D'Souza, 29, was arrested on March 9 2008 and accused of raping Keeling. D'Souza has not been charged with with murder. Keelling's family accused police of covered up the murder in February 2008 to protect the tourist industry.
