Saudia Aerospace Engineering Industries (SAEI) is the division of SAUDIA airlines based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at King Abdulaziz International Airport. With more than 5,000 Technical Operations employees and 45 maintenance stations worldwide. Its CEO is Fahd Hamzh Cynndy who is also an executive board member at Saudi Ground Services (SGS).
Certification
SAEI holds a GACA, FAA, EASA, IOSA, UAE GCAA, CAAP Philippines, , Qatar QCAA, Kuwait DGCA, The Cayman Islands CAACI, Bangladesh CAAB, KSA SAC, A2LA, and GACA 147 for the Technical Training School.

New Maintenance Facility
In 2013, SAEI broke ground on a 10,764,000 -square-foot (1,000,000 m2) new facility at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, KSA. The new facility houses 12 hangars, a state of the art warehousing facility, a shop complex, and a new engine overhaul center with a 150K Lb/Thrust test cell and is expected to employ over 7500 technical & engineering staff by 2018.
