Sarah J. Halstead is an American stand-up comedian, actress, and podcaster. Her debut comedy special "RVs and Cats", directed by Jeff Greenstein, was released on Prime Video in 2020. Early life Sarah J. Halstead was born and raised in Flint, Michigan. Halstead would later become a prominent fundraiser to assist her hometown in getting clean water during the Flint water crisis. Halstead moved to New York City after high school, where she emerged as an actress and remained for seven years. While married to her first husband, Halstead moved to Miami, Florida. She lived in Miami for more than ten years before she rented an RV and drove to Los Angeles. Career Sarah J. Halstead began her career as an actress in New York. Upon moving to Los Angeles, and before breaking through in stand-up comedy, she was a prolific actress largely on television and in commercials. She has acted in more than ninety commercials to date. Halstead's "RVs and Cats" debuted on Prime Video in February 2020.
