Sanyo SS-690

SS-690 was a model name/number for a three-way, bass reflex loudspeaker system made by Sanyo. Sanyo also made a studio version of this speaker system under its Fisher brand name, the DS-825s. The SS-690s were typical 3-way tower speakers which were quite popular in the 1980s. These speakers, and many others like it, were actually made rather cheaply with lightweight boxes which often start to come unglued and fall apart.
