Sand Frizzle

Sand Frizzle is a game played on the beach. It is played with a tennis ball. The are two sides and a common alley in the middle. The alley is made up of hard sand. Lines are drawn through the sand. Two players on their own sides hit the ball into the middle area bouncing it there and going to the opponents side. To get a point it needs to be your serve. To get a point a person must hit the ball to the middle and into the opponents square. IF you hit the ball into the middle and it doesn't land in your opponents square they get a point. The server stands behind his square and out of bounds.A player cannot take steps when the ball is hit to them or have it more than three seconds. It is played many places. This is a real game. THE origins of this is unknown but it has been known to be played by people on Chatham Beaches.
