Sana Shahnawaz

Sana Shahnawaz is a Pakistani Wardrobe stylist and producer. She is best known for her debut project Mann Mayal. as a producer. Previously she has worked as a wardrobe stylist in over forty projects .
Background
Sana Shahnawaz did her graduation from the University of Sindh in Textile studies. She is a younger sister of producer Samina Humayun Saeed and sister in-law of filmmaker Humayun Saeed. During her studies she worked on several television serials as a wardrobe stylist for her graduation projects and workshops. a project she co-created with series writer Samira Fazal for Hum TV. In an interview she said, "Since I have always been so involved in the entertainment industry, I felt the time is right to now explore fresh ideas and stories. With the encouragement of my friends and the faith my family put in me, I decided to produce Mann Mayal." Sana mutually choose the cast with Samira, which includes Maya Ali, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Gohar Rasheed, Ayesha Khan.
Upon its premiere the drama serial received critical appraise and success, veteran Indian director Mahesh Bhatt applauded her saying that the world will be astounded by her talent, zeal and passion. Receiving enthusiastic response she said that she was humbled and overwhelmed by the love and felt euphoric.
