Samuel Steven Walker

Samuel Steven Walker was born Sep. 2 1987 is an American film maker, musician, and screen writer. He is known mostly for his projects such as "Life out of Balabce" and "Liberte Por Fin". He is also cedited for many short films and art films that are currently in post production. He and his brother created the protest film Known as "La entrada al Pacifico", which has appeared in film festivals such as the "Marfa film festival" and the "Terlingua film festival."
Early life
Samuel was born in alpine Texas two mother Diana walker and father Steve Walker. He attended alpine high school until his junior year and then moved to Terlingua and attended Big Bend High School. After graduation he traveled around Colorado and the Mid West. He has worked with musicians such as Gilberto Lujan the 4th, Willy Blackstock, Brendon Flippo, and Hogan Sullivan.

*"West texas Life" (2005 - 2006) - Samuels debut film. Won the award for Greatest movie ever made under a budget of 2 dollars and 36 cents
*"Skate video 2" (2006 - 2008) - Samuels ground-breaking Film. Was nominated for 2 Golden Globe Awards and 1 Oscar. Friend and co-star Gregory Allen Bow was given the Academy award for "most dramatic sequence" in the 2008 academy awards for his work in this film.
*"La entrada al pacififco" (2007 - 2008) - written and Co/directed by brother Travis Walker and friend Viktor Surgey Kulagin (who has helped with many of the Walker films).
*"Liberte Por Fin" (2008) - written and directed by Samuel. this was samuel first full length crime drama which stars brothers Samuel and Travis Walker, Gregory Allen Bow, Austin Smith, Clayton King, world renowned actress Kristin Ramirez, And Vikor Kulagin. Although having trouble in the box office and with critics, the film went on to when several awards including a golden glob awards for best screenplay (Samuel Walker), Best up and coming young actor (Austin Smith) MTV movie award for best villain (Greg Bow) and the Academy award for best picture (Samuel Walker).
*"Kids" (2008 - 2009) - Very popular Short movie. became a cult classic instantly.
*"Through the eyes of a manic depressive" (2009) - This film had huge success at the Cannes film festival taking home every award possible including the award for "the most abstract pointless mind bending depressing short film of the week."
*"Life out of Balance" (2009) - Noted as Samuels best work to date. This film has not yet been released to the public due to publishing problems and a law suit by that of rich land owner Clayton Allen King, who states that "that man shot scenes on my land. I got cows out here. they didnt have permission to come through my gates for scenes, damn! Thats pure Black Angus! you ever had a Pure Black Angus!"
*"And now, there is no more" (2010 - 2011) - Scheduled for filming in winter of 09. scheduled for release in late 2010.
