Saba Golbaz (b. December 26, 1982) is an Iranian calligrapher, painter and linguist. Biography Saba Golbaz was born on December 26, 1982 in Tehran. A leading Persian calligrapher, Golbaz has studied calligraphy under the supervision of Hossein Norouzi, Hamid Sasani, Rasoul Moradi, and Master Yadollah Kaboli Khansari. Also, she learned painting under Hojjat Shakiba, Mohammad Ali Yazdchi and Babak Etminani. She obtained her MA in linguistics from . Saba is an official instructor at the Iranian Calligraphy Association. In 2018, she was selected as the winner of "Hamqalam Ba Navaye Ostad Shajarian Festival". Among her calligraphy activities are three solo exhibitions, and ten group exhibitions. |
