Rushden Lakes shopping centre

Rushden Lakes shopping centre is an out of town shopping and leisure centre in Northamptonshire, England. It is currently under construction and the first shops are due to open in July 2017. Once completed, it will be one of the largest shopping centres in Northamptonshire and it is expected to have five million visitors per annum.
Location
Rushden Lakes is located to the North West of the town of Rushden, west of Higham Ferrers and about three miles East of Wellingborough.
Access
Road users will be able to get to the centre via the A45 road, Junction 17.
Due to the expected popularity of Rushden Lakes, there are also ten bus routes which connect the centre to a number of towns including Rushden, Higham Ferrers, Wellingborough, Northampton and Bedford [https://bustimes.org.uk/search?q=rushden+lakes]
A footbridge over the A45 links Rushden Lakes with the town of Rushden.
The nearest railway station is at Wellingborough about three miles away.
Opening Hours
Rushden Lakes itself is open from 8am to midnight every day. Most of the shops plan to open from 9am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and from 11am to 5pm on Sundays.
Shops
There will be over 40 shops with the anchor stores being Marks and Spencer, Primark and House of Fraser .
Other shops include H&M, Next, New Look, River Island, Fat Face, Schuh, Moss Bros, Boots, Holland & Barrett, Tiger, Two Seasons, Accessorize, Pandora, Hobbs, Jigsaw, Phase Eight, Joules, White Stuff, Paperchase, Clarks, L’Occitane, Cotswold and Mountain Warehouse
Leisure
A company called Canoe2 will offer a canoe hire service.
Other leisure activities include golf, cycling, trampolining and a 14 screen Cineworld cinema which is due to open in 2018.
Wildlife Trust
The Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire Wildlife Trust will open a visitors centre at Rushden Lakes on 29th July 2017.
The trust secured a grant of over £600,000 from the Heritage Lottery Fund to create a new 270-hectare nature reserve - the Nene Wetlands - from seven disconnected wildlife areas, three of which are not currently open to the public.
