Runway Magazine

Runway Magazine is a fashion and entertainment review magazine published by Runway Beauty, Inc. Runway was currently remodeled by Nole Marin in early 2010.
Publication history
Runway Magazine was created from the expansion of Runway News, which was part of the VIP Salon network. Runway News emails originally went out to VIP customers in the mid 90's, along with coupons to help promote the shopping site. In 1998 Runway News went to its first paper design, getting placed in out going orders. Runway was first printed in 2002 where it was mailed out to customers of the VIP Salon network as a gift with large purchases. Runway Magazine and Runway Beauty Magazine went to full international distribution in 2007 with both of its titles when it joined with Kable Distribution, the worlds largest magazine distributor.
In 2006 Runway Beauty, Inc launched the Runway Beauty Salon in Arizona, the salon ran for 2 years and acted as a center for runway show and photo shoot preparation for the magazine. Runway closed the salon in 2009 with hopes of moving its location to New York.
In 2007 Runway Beauty Magazine was launched on a separate contract from Kable, this version of Runway was only available for 2 spring/summer issues in 2007 and 2008. Runway Beauty Magazine was closed in 2008 due of competition with its own title Runway Magazine.
In 2009, Runway Magazine's shares were purchased by the international power company, Global Oil and Gas corp. The company has recently announced a huge expansion into the television and world wide event production. In 2010 Runway's fashion department was taken over by Nole' Marin, one of America's Next Top models best known judges.
Runway is also known for its exclusive celebrity interviews, women's rights support and journal quality articles on sociology.
Runway Magazine is labeled and commonly known by just "Runway", this is the way it is listed on most international markets.
Trademark
Runway is represented by the famous trademark attorney Michael Cohen in Beverly Hills, California. Runway Beauty holds trademarks for Runway Magazine and the new Runway TV Direct TV channel.
Distribution
Runway is distributed in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, UK, Germany, Spain, Singapore, China, France, Italy, and South Africa. It is found at the higher end books stores, such as Barnes and Noble. Runway is also available in digital forms for computer, iPhone and iPad on the Zinio application.
