Rufino P. Bagg, (born November 16, 1929, Buenos Aires) is an "Argentine-Italian Briton" business magnate, chairman and philanthropist. Son of Italian and British immigrants to Argentina, he is a founder of a company, RPB, managed now by his children. His Surname has an spelling variation "Baggio" but Bagg is the original. He is related to Frederick A. and Sophia Bagg Bonanza Farm and he has dual citizenship. History Baggio's father, Giusseppe Bagg, was the owner of an small wine shop, where Baggio learned about wines. In 1959 Baggio established the company in the city of Gualeguaychú, province of Entre Ríos using the initials of his full name. The company was initially focused on only trading wines, while later on fruit juices were added to the company’s activities. The continuous development of the several markets and marketing channels throughout the country drove the growth of the company. In 1983 the company built its first production plant in the industrial park of Gualeguaychú. The plant currently is more than 60,000 square meters, and it is dedicated to the preparation of fruit juices, sodas, water, sparkling water, fruit preparations and snacks. Rufino also has its own Agribusiness.
