Royal Concert Brunei

At July 16, 1996, Pop singer Michael Jackson held a special concert at Jerudong Park Garden in Brunei. This was a special, private concert arranged by the Sultan of Brunei. Over 60,000 Bruneians were present at the concert.

The whole concert was not televised at all, but a copy of the audio was leaked onto the internet. As for the video, only a portion of the Jam performance was shown in a report. The whole performance was a mixture of his setlists from the Dangerous and HIStory world tours. It took place just a month before Michael would start off for his HIStory World Tour. He probably did not want to give away the HIStory setlist, so he took some songs from HIStory and mixed it with the setlist of Dangerous World Tour. Nevertheless, the concert was one of Michael's best performances, and it was also a hype for his upcoming HIStory World Tour.
