Roy C.J.

Chiriyankandath Joseph Roy commonly referred as Dr. Roy C.J. (born 12 February 1969) is an Indian Real estate developer and founder of Confident Group of Companies. He has been awarded Doctorate in Business Administration by the SBS Swiss Business School, Switzerland. "Corporate Branding a core requirement for a Business Group’s Success” was his area of research and he used his brand for his thesis study.
Having multiple businesses including building materials imports and exports, real estate and other trading activities in the United Arab Emirates and across the Gulf Cooperation Council, he is ranked 14th on the Forbes list of influential Indian leaders in the Arab world by Forbes Middle east. In 2017, he has been appointed as the Honorary Consul of the Slovak Republic in Bangalore, India with the consular jurisdiction of the states of Karnataka and Kerala.
His projects in housing, hospitality and commercial infrastructure in Bangalore, Kochi and Hosur have been designed by Jurong and SAA of Singapore and MM Associates of Dubai. Some of his housing projects, like the Confident Atria residential structure at Kochi has got Crisil 7 star rating. Apart from the luxury apartment and villa segment of the real estate market, he has initiated housing projects worth Rs. 450 Crores ($70 Million ) in Kerala and Karnataka states in India that are compliant with the Prime Ministers Housing Project.
