The company's capability is extended through its hydraulic test, avionics and production facilities. Rotair is a registered U.S. government contractor primarily contracting with the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense. It is also known for supporting the nonprofit Freedom's Flying Memorial. Legal issues In 2004, Rotair Industries was fined $500000 following guilty pleas for illegally exporting military hardware to Iran, and Wes Harrington was fined $10000 and given 1 years' probation for attempting to impede a federal investigation.
