Romalis Scott (2nd December 1992) is a creative entrepreneur who started his own clothing line “The Genuine Club”, worked with social media influencers and celebrities such as Chris Brown. Early life and Education Romalis was born in New Orleans Louisiana, attended Bonnabel High School in Meterie La, graduating in 2011. During his high-school years Romalis played for the basketball team and the baseball team . Following High School he attended Delgado Community College completing two years for Mass Communications Fashion - Modeling In 2012 Scott started modeling for local clothing lines in New Orleans to gain experience within the industry including taking part in local fashion shows. . In July, 2016 Romalis got a call to take part in the well known TOG fashion show. Following a move to California he took the opportunity to work with Black Pyramid, becoming a brand ambassador for Chris Browns clothing brand. Through his experience with Black Pyramid, he then was styling others and transitioned into working for himself by himself. Further to this experience his interest grew even more for fashion, starting his own clothing line . The name for his own brand came along due him wanting to add French wording as New Orleans has its French roots. The brand translates to The Genuine Club. Events At the age of 18 Romalis started promoting events for his great friend Larry Marrow. His very own event was hosted at the age of 21. Since 2012 Romalis has been directing events, he started a franchise of parties tagging them as “OneHellOfA”. The tag was inspired by 'The One Hell of a Nite Tour' in support of Chris Brown's 7th studio album. Through hosting such big events Romalis met social media influencers [https://www.instagram.com/danrue/?hl=en @danrue] & [https://www.instagram.com/nicknpattiwhack_/?hl=en @nicknpattiwhack] pushing them to be on MTV , getting them multiple deals with fashion such as nova men. His events mainly take place back in his hometown of New Orleans, throwing some of the biggest events in the city, including the “OneHellOfA” series. Although his main focus is to keep the "OneHellOfA" series in New Orleans, he still hosts other parties in other cities. PlayHouse Nightclub is one venue whereby he also takes on the hosting role.
