Roch Hanmore is a former Under 21 Roscommon GAA Gaelic footballer and an Australian rules footballer. Playing career Hanmore is a native of Boyle, County Roscommon, He represented Roscommon GAA at minor level and captained the Under 21 side before emigrating to Australia in 2005. He currently plays for UTS Australian Football Club and represented the Ireland national Australian rules football team, that won the 2011 Australian Football International Cup and was one of Ireland’s stand out performers in the final. He also represented the Under-17 Ireland international rules football team in 2000. |
