Roberto Tavares de Oliveira Lagnado (born 25 November 2003) is an English amateur footballer who plays for Combined Counties League club Tooting Bec. Lagnado plays as a goalkeeper. Career Born in Lambeth, London, Lagnado started out in the youth team at Wandsworth Town U12s initially as a midfielder. However, his tenure at Wandsworth Town came to close after 3 months at the club. Lagnado rejoined youth football at the U15s age group for the 2018-19 season playing with Mitcham Park. Yet again this did not last further than the 2018-19 season due to a disagreement at the club. Lagnado briefly signed for Tooting & Mitcham United F.C. for the preseason of 2019-20 season after playing with U23s, U18s, and U16s sides but departed to join Barnes Eagles before the start of the 2019-20 season. Lagnado played the opening part of the 2019-20 season with Barnes Eagles before again departing due to educational commitments. Lagnado also notably trialed with various youth sides such as the likes of Whyteleafe and Worcester Park. In September 2019, Lagnado signed with newly formed Wimbledon & District League club London Olympia. Making his senior debut against London Falcons. Lagnado also went on trial at Colliers Wood United being named on their reserve bench against Hanworth Villa in October 2019. In spite of this Lagnado signed with Tooting Bec in November 2019. Making his first Tooting Bec appearance in a Surrey South Eastern Combination game against Woodmansterne Hyde Reserves. Personal life Lagnado is the son of Django Lagnado a former coach at Lewisham and Southwark College Football Academy.
