Robert Bognar

Bobby Bognar is a singer, songwriter, actor, and television personality best known for leading his four-piece rock band, The Piper Downs.

Bobby Bognar was born on May 28, 1970, at Fort Bragg Army Hospital in Fayetteville, NC, the son of Frank and Maryann Bognar.

Bobby attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA, and majored in theatre performance. While attending VCU, he sang lead for rock band Hanover Fiske.

Bobby has placed songs on many national TV shows, including "Drake and Josh," "Zoe 101," "JAG," and "ICarly." He produced the Wheat From Chaff Music Festival (1999-2004) and its accompanying CDs.

In October, 2008, Bobby Bognar debuted as the host of "Made to Eat," an hour-long nonfiction look at food production, from field to plate. The TV show was produced by Actuality Productions.

Bobby Bognar currently resides in Hollywood, CA, still performing solo and with The Piper Downs.
