Rita Dixit

Rita Dixit is an Indian entrepreneur and founder of JC World Hospitality Pvt. Ltd, which is constructing a commercial project in Noida. She is daughter of Indian entrepreneur Jaiprakash Gaur, who founded Jaypee Group.
Early life and education
She did her B.A. (Hons) Economics - Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University - 1985 and became a Chartered Accountant at Chartered Accountant - Institute of chartered accountants of India, New Delhi - May 1990.
Career
She started her career as a management trainee at Jaiprakash Associates Limited, a company founded by her father. From 1992-1996, she acted as Corporate Cordinater in the company. Later she was appointed as Director in Jaypee Hotels which owns 5-star properties in Delhi, Mussoorie and Agra.
In June 2000, was given the challenge of establishing a 452-acre golf-centric real estate project in Greater Noida called Jaypee Greens. Established Jaypee Green - Wishtown in Noida, the first integrated 1162 acres township of India.
She was involved in the conceptualization and sales & marketing of Jaypee Greens Sports City - a first of its kind township in India spread over 5000 acres.
In 2012 she started JC World Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. with an aim to create a landmark in commercial Real Estate and hospitality segment.
Awards and honors
Rita received Amity Leadership Award for Marketing Excellence in Hospitality Industry in the Year 2007 as well as the Women Professional of the Year (2011) Award by Realty Plus.
